The domain's farm

The experience acquired on the farm, mainly by the Jesuits over the last 140 years, has enabled the development of quality dairy production.

The domain has a herd of 100 cows. Diet, health monitoring and fertility are supervised and controlled in accordance with international standards. There are 60 dairy cows (depending on calving) which produce a daily average of 25 liters. The cows of the domain are among the top milk producers per unit in Lebanon, all the while maintaining a domain-specific gene pool - the prim holstein race.

At the domain, green pastures are at the disposal of cows, and qualified care is provided to ensure their daily well-being, in order to put on the market dairy products of a unique taste. The milk is stored within the dairy-farm in tanks and processed according to strict procedures, while maintaining traditional know-how.

Hygiene and health are priorities at the Tanaïl farm. For example, insemination occurs artificially for the better immunization of calves, and so that ancestry can be easily traceable.

Educational farm

Soon, everyone interested can come discover a new ultra-technological milking parlor, and gain a new experience discovering farm animals, and daily processes throughout the creamery.
