arcenciel management 

After successful joint management and cooperation between 2007 and 2009, the Jesuits chose to entrust the entire operation of the domain to the NGO arcenciel, keeping only an eye on strategy development and business productivity. With a vision of sharing and improvement, arcenciel opened the domain to the public through socio-cultural activities and eco-tourism with the ambition to discover - or rediscover this historic site and its impact on the region.

The domain, rich of history and distant influences, presents a wide variety of cultures. The vineyards occupy an important estate of nearly 90 hectares. Fruit trees, vegetable crops and fodder production constitute some 20 hectares. A dairy farm which holds a herd of 100 cows produces milk that is locally processed into yogurt, labneh (pressed yogurt), cheese and butter.
